Registration
The following forms contains the general application form for orchestras as well as for individual participants, the accommodation form and the registration form for the workshops. By registering for the meeting, each ensemble declares its agreement to the recording and broadcasting of the concerts by radio and television as well as to the recording of sound and pictures for duplication and realisation. These rights will be transferred to the organisers of the event by the acknowledgement of the conditions of participation. The organisers will plan the timetable at the meeting for each participating ensemble. A detailed timetable will be created after the end of the registration period and will be distributed to all participants before 1st January 2006. Complete
registration forms should be sent to the following address before
the 31st October 2005. We strongly recommend that participants use the online registration system.
