Conditions of Participation

I. Fees (per person)
· Package including a double room in a mid-range hotel (3- or 4-Star Hotel) and full board (1st meal on 06/15/06 - evening; last meal on 06/18/05 - lunchtime) 175,- €

· Single room supplement 50,- €

The package price must also be paid for all accompanying persons including the bus driver. Included in the participation fee is a registration fee of €35, which after the receipt of the invoice should be paid before 02/01/06. The registration fee may not be reimbursed in the case of a cancellation. The rest of the participation fee should be paid by the 05/01/06.

II. Travel Costs
A contribution towards travel costs can be granted following an application. Please attach an estimate of the cost of travelling with several different companies in the application.
